I’m Chelle, and I provide hands-on business development and operational support to trade and construction businesses.
I understand the pressure of keeping jobs moving while also managing enquiries, quotes, tenders, clients, subcontractors, paperwork and compliance.
I don’t just give advice and leave you to implement it. I get involved and help get the work done — whether that means finding opportunities, preparing quotes and tenders, following up clients, organising business systems or helping with SWMS and compliance documentation.
Based on the Gold Coast, I support businesses across South East Queensland, with most of my work able to be completed remotely and site or business meetings available when required.
Currently expanding my credentials in Work Health and Safety (WHS), I bring practical Australian construction experience to your SWMS and site safety documentation.

I help organise enquiries, jobs, follow-ups and day-to-day business tasks using practical systems such as HubSpot and Tradify, so you can see what needs attention and keep work moving.
I help prepare and update SWMS and supporting compliance documentation using the information you provide about the work, site, equipment, materials and hazards.
