SWMS & Compliance Support
Practical, site-specific safety documentation written around the work you actually do.
I prepare Safe Work Method Statements for trade and construction businesses that need clear, practical documentation for their projects. I work with you to understand the job, site conditions, equipment, materials and hazards so the SWMS reflects the actual work being completed.
How My SWMS Service Works
I gather the information I need from you, prepare the documentation and work with you to make sure it reflects the job before it is finalised.

I prepare the SWMS
You review it with your workers
Finalise it for the job/site
Review it when things change
We discuss the job, site, equipment, materials and work being carried out.
I create practical documentation based on the work and known site requirements.
The people completing the work review the SWMS and confirm the controls are practical.
Site-specific details, builder requirements and signatures are completed before work begins.
If the work, site conditions or equipment changes, the SWMS should be reviewed and updated.

General Construction & Site Activities
I prepare SWMS for everyday construction work, including site access, manual handling, housekeeping, working around other trades and general site hazards. Each SWMS is written around the actual job and work being completed.

Plant, Machinery & Mobile Equipment
I prepare SWMS for work involving excavators, loaders, skid steers and other mobile plant. This includes plant movement, interaction with workers, exclusion zones, operating areas and site-specific controls.
Examples of SWMS I Can Prepare
Every SWMS is prepared around the actual work being undertaken. Below are examples of the types of construction activities I can assist with.

Working at Heights & Access Equipment
I prepare SWMS for work involving ladders, scaffolds, EWPs and other access equipment. I cover fall risks, exclusion zones, falling objects, safe access and the controls workers need to follow on site.

Tools, Chemicals & Hazardous Materials
I prepare SWMS covering power tools, sealants, adhesives, chemicals and other materials used on site. I can incorporate SDS information, PPE requirements, handling procedures and relevant safety controls.
What I Need From You to Prepare Your SWMS
- Description of the work being undertaken
- Site address and site conditions
- Plant, tools and equipment being used
- Products, chemicals and relevant SDS
- Worker licences or competencies where required
- Access requirements such as EWP or scaffolding
- Builder or principal contractor requirements
- Known hazards or special site conditions
If you don't have all of this information yet, that's okay. I can help you work through what is required.
